TRAPPC3 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 200 amino acids (1-180) and having a molecular mass of 22.4kDa.TRAPPC3 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. TRAPPC3 is a part of the TRAPP complex that takes part in connection of transport vesicles to the cis-Golgi membrane. Additionally; TRAPPC3 is involved in vesicular transport from endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi.
