- Source : Escherichia Coli. STMN4 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 239 amino acids (1-216) and having a molecular mass of 27.8kDa. STMN4 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Stathmin Like-4; also known as STMN4; belongs to the stathmin family and shows signs of smicrotubule-destabilizing activity. A significant paralog of STMN4 is STMN3.
