STBD1 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 358 amino acids (24-358) and having a molecular mass of 39.1kDa.STBD1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. STBD1 has one carbohydrate binding type-20 (CBM20) domain and has the ability to bind to carbohydrates. STBD1 is highly expressed in cardiac and skeletal muscles.
