SRP19 Human Recombinant fused with a 23 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated; polypeptide chain containing 167 amino acids (1-144 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 18.5kDa. The SRP19 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Signal recognition particle 19kDa protein (SRP19) is a member of the SRP19 family. SRP19 binds directly to 7S RNA and mediates binding of the 54 kDa subunit of the SRP.
