RPS12 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 155 amino acids (1-132 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 16.9kDa.RPS12 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. RPS12 is a ribosomal protein which is a part of the 40S subunit. RPS12 is a member of the S12E family of ribosomal proteins. RPS12 placed in the cytoplasm.RPS12 proteins exist as multiple processed pseudogenes which are scattered throughout the genome.
