RBBP9 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 206 amino acids (1-186 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 23.1kDa.RBBP9 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. RBBP9; restricts to the nucleus and cytoplasm; is a retinoblastoma binding protein which takes part in the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation. RBBP9 cooperates with retinoblastoma (Rb) and offers cellular resistance to the growth-inhibitory effects of TGFbeta1; therefore enabling the cellular transformation process.
