PDCL3 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 262 amino acids (1-239) and having a molecular mass of 30.0kDa.PDCL3 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. PDCL3 belongs to the phosducin-like protein family which its members are known to bind to the beta-gamma subunits of G proteins. PDCL3 is a potential regulator of heterotrimeric G proteins and has a large amino acid sequence homology with phosducin.
