PARK7 Human Recombinant fused to an N-terminal 36 aa His-Tag; produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain (aa 1-189) containing 225 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 24 kDa. The PARK7 is a ubiquitously expressed protein involved in various cellular processes including spermatogenesis and fertilization; cancer; RNA-binding; androgen-receptor signaling and oxidative stress. Mutations in the PARK7 are the cause of autosomal recessive early-onset Parkinson's disease 7 (Park7).
