- Source : E.coli. OSR2 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 299 amino acids (1-276 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 33kDa. OSR2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Odd-Skipped Related Transcription Factor 2; also know as OSR2 belongs to the Odd C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. OSR2 is a mammalian homolog of the Drosophila odd-skipped family of transcription factors.
