ORM2 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 208 amino acids (19-201) and having a molecular mass of 24.3kDa.ORM2 is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus. ORM2 is a significant acute phase plasma protein. ORM2 is highly expressed as a result of acute inflammation there for it is categorized as an acute-phase reactant.
