OLFM1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 125 amino acids (34-135 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 14.3kDa.OLFM1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Olfactomedin 1 (OLFM1); also known as noelin; shares expansive sequence similarity with the rat neuronal olfactomedin-related ER localized protein. OLFM1 plays a vital role in regulating the production of neural crest cells by the neural tube.
