- Source : Escherichia Coli. NME3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 169 amino acids (22-169.a.a) and having a molecular mass of 19.1kDa. NME3 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. NME3-a potential suppressor of metastasis; is expressed significantly less in highly metastatic cells than in cells with lower metastatic potential. NME3-a is vital for the synthesis of nucleoside triphosphates and has a part in apoptosis induction and hematopoiesis and is mainly expressed during early stages of myeloid differentiation of highly purified CD34+ cells.
