NMB Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 120 amino acids (25-121) and having a molecular mass of 13.2 kDa.NMB is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Neuromedin B (NMB) which is a part of the bombesin/neuromedin-B/ranatensin family and stimulates smooth muscle contraction in a way similar to that of bombesin.
