NDFIP1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Nedd4 Family Interacting Protein 1 (NDFIP1) is a part of a small group of evolutionarily conserved proteins having 3 ransmembrane domains. NDFIP1 is a possible target for ubiquitination by the Nedd4 family of proteins. NDFIP; which is a member of a family of integral Golgi membrane proteins; also modulates EGFR signaling through multiple pathways.
