- Source : Canine Serum. The Canine LRG1 produced from pooled Canine Serum has a molecular mass of 38.129kDa (calculated without glycosylation) containing 347 amino acid residues. LRG1 belongs to the leucine-rich repeat (LRR) family of proteins; which have been shown to be involved in protein-protein interaction; signal transduction; and cell adhesion and development. The LRG1 is expressed during granulocyte differentiation.
