KAAG1 Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated; polypeptide chain containing 104 amino acids (1-84 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 11.1kDa. The KAAG1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Kidney associated antigen 1 (KAAG1) is expressed in testis and kidney; and; at lower levels; in urinary bladder and liver. KAAG1 is expressed by numerous tumors of various histologic origin; including melanomas; sarcomas and colorectal carcinomas.
