ISOC2 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 170 amino acids (59-205) and having a molecular mass of 18kDa.ISOC2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Isochorismatase Domain Containing 2; also known as ISOC2; is a part of the isochorismatase family. SOC2 is localized in mitochondrion; cytoplasm; and nucleus. ISOC2 which interacts with CDKN2A is localizes to the nucleus in the attendance of CDKN2A.
