GNG11 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Guanine Nucleotide Binding Protein Gamma 11 (GNG11) which belongs to the guanine nucleotide-binding protein (G protein) gamma family encodes a lipid-anchored; cell membrane protein. G proteins act as a modulator or transducer in various transmembrane signaling systems. GNG11 is also subject to carboxyl-terminal processing.
