DPPA4 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 327 amino acids (1-304) and having a molecular mass of 35.9kDa.DPPA4 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. DPPA4 takes part in the conservation of active epigenetic status of target genes and prevents differentiation of embryonic cells into a primal ectoderm extraction.
