DNTTIP1 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 352 amino acids (1-329) and having a molecular mass of 39.0kDa.DNTTIP1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. DNTTIP1 binds DNA and increases the activity of terminal deoxynucleotidyltransferase (TDT or DNTT); a DNA polymerase which catalyzes the polymerization of DNA in the absence of a DNA template.
