CSAG1 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 82 amino acids (20-78) and having a molecular mass of 9.1 kDa.CSAG1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Chondrosarcoma Associated Gene 1 (CSAG1) belongs to a family of tumor antigens. The CSAG1 protein is expressed in chondrosarcomas; but may also be expressed in normal tissues such as testis.
