- Source : Escherichia Coli. CRISP2 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated; polypeptide chain (22-243) containing 232 amino acids including a 10 aa His tag at N-terminus. The total calculated molecular mass is 26.32kDa. Cysteine-Rich Secretory Protein 2 (CRISP2) regulates some ion channels activity and thereby regulates calcium fluxes during sperm capacitation. Amongst its related pathways are p53 signaling. Diseases related with CRISP2 include epididymitis and orchitis.
