CFLAR Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 480 amino acids (1-480) and having a molecular mass of 55.3 kDa.The CFLAR is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. The precise role of CFLAR is not yet revealed but it seems it is vital in apoptosis regulation downstream of all identified death receptors.
