CENPH Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 133 amino acids (136-247) and having a molecular mass of 15.5 kDa.The CENPH is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. CENPH is a member of the centromere protein H family. CENPH protein is a component of the CENPA-NAC (nucleosome-associated) complex which has a vital part in assembly of kinetochore proteins. The CENPA-NAC complex utilizes the CENPA-CAD (nucleosome distal) complex and is involved in integration of freshly synthesized CENPA into centromeres.
