- Source : E.coli. CD200 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 225 amino acids (31-232 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 24.8kDa. CD200 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus. CD200 is a type-1 membrane glycoprotein which is a part of the immunoglobulin superfamily due to its 2 immunoglobulin domains. CD200 regulates myeloid cell activity and delivers an inhibitory signal for the macrophage lineage in various tissues. CD200 is also Costimulates T-cell proliferation.
