- Source : Escherichia Coli. ARL9 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 143 amino acids (1-123 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 15.9kDa. ARL9 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 9 (ARL9) is a member of to 2 novel subfamilies coding for small GTPases that were found to be highly conserved among eukaryotes.
