PECR Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 327 amino acids (1-303) and having a molecular mass of 35.1 kDa.PECR is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. PECR is the main enzyme for a projected peroxisomal chain elongation pathway and is primarily expressed in kidney and liver.
