- Source : Escherichia Coli. GRHPR Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 348 amino acids (1-328 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 37.8 kDa. The GRHPR is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. GRHPR located in the cytosol; belongs to the D-isomer specific 2-hydroxyacid dehydrogenase family of proteins. GRHPR is widely expressed in liver. GRHPR has widespread tissue expression and is involved in metabolism. GRHPR is an enzyme with hydroxypyruvate reductase; glyoxylate reductase; and D-glycerate dehydrogenase enzymatic activities.
