G3BP2 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 473 amino acids (1-449) and having a molecular mass of 53.3kDa.G3BP2 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Ras GTPase-activating protein-binding protein 2 (G3BP2) is restricted to the plasma membrane and endocytic compartments and controls a fast endocytic recycling pathway. G3BP2 may be a scaffold protein which might be involved in mRNA transport.
