- Source : Sf9 insect cells. DLST is a Full-length cDNA coding for the mature form of the human OGDC-E2 protein having a molecular mass of 43.9 kDa. DLST protein is fused to a 6 His tag. DLST catalyzes the general transformation of 2-oxoglutarate to succinyl-CoA and CO(2). DLST holds multiple copies of 3 enzymatic components: 2-oxoglutarate dehydrogenase (E1); dihydrolipoamide succinyltransferase (E2) and lipoamide dehydrogenase (E3).
