OmpA is a part of the porin superfamily sharing a beta-barrel structure.Anaplasma OmpA produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain having a molecular mass of 24kDa. Anaplasma OmpA is expressed with a 10xHis tag and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
