The mentioned above is mediated through serine and/or threonine phosphorylation of a range of downstream substrates. Akt3 takes part in brain development and is critical for the viability of malignant glioma cells.AKT3 Human Recombinant produced in HEK293 Cells is a single; glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 485 amino acids (1-479a.a) and having a molecular mass of 56.5kDa.AKT3 is fused to a 6 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus and is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
