FGF-19 stimulates glucose uptake in adiposytes and is a high affinity; heparin dependent ligand for FGFR4.FGF19 Mouse Recombinant produced in HEK293 cells is a single; glycosylated polypeptide chain (a.a 23-216) containing 205 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 23.0 kDa.FGF19 is fused to a 6 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
