HBsAg adw2 migrates on SDS-PAGE as a 23kDa monomer band with minor amounts of dimer (46kDa) and trimer (69kDa) forms.The HBsAg is fused to a 6 His tag on C-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
