CECR1 is a secreted protein; which is expressed in various tissues; with the highest expression in the lymphoblasts; heart; lung; and the placenta.CECR1 Human Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single; glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 490 amino acids (30-511a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 56.9kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 50-70kDa).CECR1 is expressed with an 8 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
