- Description :Anti-CL2A(ADC linker) antibody(1H6); Rabbit mAbCL2A is a crucial component in antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) therapy; acting as a chemical linker that connects a potent DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor; SN-38; to an antibody. Representing Cysteine-Linked 2-Aminoethyl; CL2A features a complex structure with a PEG8 chain; a triazole ring; a PABC-peptide; and a maleimide group. The maleimide group binds to a cysteine residue on the antibody; facilitating targeted drug delivery. Designed to release SN-38 in acidic cancer cell environments; CL2A induces DNA damage and cell death. This versatile linker is employed in ADCs targeting various antigens like Trop-2 or HER2; tailored to specific cancer types.
