Conjugated antibodies have been “tagged” or “labelled” with enzymes, fluorphores, or other compounds.

Most immunoassays depend on conjugated antibodies to provide visualization of the reaction. We have a wide selection of conjugated secondary antibodies to meet your every need. Conjugate Notes
Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) HRP is an enzyme found in the roots of horseradish. It is used in many immunoassays including ELISA’s. HRP reacts with chromogenic substrates TMB, DAB, and ABTS along with luminol in enhanced chemiluminescence (ECL) assays.
Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) ALP is an enzyme derived from calf intestine that is commonly used in ELISA and Western Blot assays. Common substrates include NBT, BCIP, pNPP, and MUP.
Fluorescein Isothocyanate (FITC) FITC is a green colored fluorescein derivative used in wide-ranging applications including flow cytometry and IHC. FITC has Ex/Em spectrum peak wavelengths 488nm /519nm.
DyLight® DyLight® fluorescent probes are complete family of high intensity, photostable fluorescent tags. They are used in flow cytometry, ELISA, and fluorescence microscopy.

Biotin Biotin is a water soluble B vitamin that can be attached to antibodies with linkers. Biotinylated antibodies in combination with Streptavidin, Avidin, or Neutravidin.
Tetramethylrhodamine (TRITC) TRITC is a bright orange fluorescent dye ideally matched with the 532 laser line. It is used in cellular imaging such as fluorescence microscopy. TRITC has Ex/Em spectrum peak wavelengths 550 nm / 570 nm.
