Hi, I’m Lois and I’m the Customer Support Manager. The role of the Customer Support team is to make sure that our life science reagents arrive in good condition and on time and customers are kept up to date with their delivery dates.
This involves monitoring the importation and exportation of products around the world and supervising delivery of our customers’ orders from initial receipt through to arrival at their doorstep. It’s a very busy office and an enjoyable place to work! In my spare time I look after some old horses who keep me fit and my pockets empty!
