Pacific Orange Flow Cytometry Conjugate
Standardized multicolor flow cytometry panels have become one of the basic tools in hematooncology and immunology. In these panels Pacific Orange™ with its 400 nm excitation and 551 nm emission maximum is used as a second violet dye. For optimal Pacific Orange™ detection 550/40 or 530/40 filters have been recommended. We offer monoclonal antibodies conjugated to Pacific Orange™ (including CD 3, 8, 45, 138 & 139)
