BioNobile Products & Services (BION001)

The BioNobile brand and product rights were acquired in 2008 to be re-launched in January 2009 as a brand within the company BN Products & Services Oy.

The BioNobile portfolio offers reagents, optimized kits and consumables for nucleic acid, PCR product cleanup, protein, microbial and cell separation & purification utilising paramagnetic particles with the proprietary PickPen technology or alternatively using traditional magnetic devices for tubes and plates.

For larger volume users the BioNobile range of products are strengthened by the workstations, Magro-8 and then customised by application, Magro-96 automation solutions. The automates are designated open systems as they are designed to be used with BioNobile branded products & any and all paramagnetic bead based technologies for nucleic acid, protein, microbial and cell separation and purification. 
 

Products:

	Genomics	QuickPick™ kits are mostly scalable, so that the amounts of reagents used are directly proportional to the sample size. The number of preparations for a kit is calculated for a "standard" sample size and this may vary depending on the actual sample sizes used.
	Chromatography	Cation & Anion Exchange Kits
	Labelling	Quick All Assay kits contain reagents for labelling proteins with Europium chelate for TR FRET & QRET assays, as well as separation based enhanced time-resolved fluorescence assays
		The homogeneous, sensitive and single-label QRET  (Quenched Resonance Energy Transfer) assay is a  novel proprietary* method based on time-resolved  fluorescence detection technology utilizing lanthanide  chemistry and a soluble fluorescence quencher, active  at the lanthanide emission wavelength
	Consumables	PickPen® magnetic tips, accessories and buffers
