Aviva Systems Biology (AVIV001)

Aviva Systems Biology provides customers with an extensive collection of quality antibodies for research and diagnostic applications. Aviva currently offers antibodies to more than 7,000 different protein targets due to their high throughput antibody production, which releases more than 200 new antibodies every month. Aviva's focus is antibodies to key targets in areas of transcription, epigenetics and cell signaling. Aviva's range includes unique antibody content to many targets that are not commercially available elsewhere. They place their emphasis on family-oriented antibody production that has yielded products to most members of key protein families such as Transcription Factors, Transcription Regulators, RNA Binding Proteins, Ion Channels and Cell Membrane target proteins.

Products:

Monoclonal Antibodies Typically made by fusing myeloma cells with the spleen cells from a rabbit that has been immunized with the desired antigen. Mabs have the affinity for the same epitope on the same antigen
Polyclonal Antibodies These polyclonal antibodies are purified first by protein A column and further by peptide immunogen affinity chromatography, and so have high specificity
Secondary Antibodies These antibodies have all been tested and are used regularly in-house with Aviva
ELISA These kits are vigorously tested and validated prior to launch and include markers for: Cytokines/Chemokines/Neurotransmitters, Growth Factors/Hormones and Markers For Cancer/Disease Condition
Peptides Suitable for competitive blocking test on WB, ELISA or IHC, ideally with Aviva's Primary Antibody range
Recombinant Proteins These recombinant proteins are expressed in bacteria, mammalian cells & insect cells and offered as a whole lysate
Lysates Lysates from more than 50 cell lines, which are frequently used on western blots
Molecular Biology Human genes and its derivates to meet the needs of lab scale protein expression of large scale high throughput protein preparation
