Was a key contributor in the set up, growth and eventual sale of a life science business (Serotec), growing the operation from a £300K t/o to its sale for £20m and led the integration process following acquisition. These experiences have provided a unique perspective having commercial leadership skills within both entrepreneurial and public listed companies.
Has experience of leading all facets of a SME and combines this with a detailed knowledge of the political and regulatory landscape relating to the Biotech industry and the ability to engage with life science leaders on both a commercial and technical level.
As Head of Global sales (and Managing Director) with AbD Serotec (a MorphoSys Ag company) he managed a team of 115 people, all serving the LifeScience markets globally.
With 28 years experience working in the UK LifeScience market, Tim is able to contribute huge amounts of knowledge to 2BScientific, particularly with reference to sales and marketing.
He is the CEO of the private biotech consulting firm Pivotal Scientific (www.pivotalscientific.com) and sits on the Board of Everest Biotech (www.everestbiotech.com) and Innova Bioscience (www.innovabiosciences.com).
